Services
Software engineering services are governed by separate agreements defining scope, deliverables, payment terms, intellectual property transfer, and support. Website content does not constitute a binding offer.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive full ownership of source code and project deliverables upon completion and payment. Ozak retains ownership of proprietary products, frameworks, and pre-existing tools not created specifically for a client engagement.
Limitation of liability
Website information is provided as-is. Ozak Technologies Limited is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content without direct consultation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Ugandan courts unless otherwise agreed in a service contract.
